Returns Policy

30-day satisfaction guarantee

We believe in Dimming Dots so much that we give you 30 nights to try them. If they're not right for you, email us and tell us what didn't work — we'll make it right with a refund or replacement.

How to start a return

Email info@lightmute.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We send return instructions within 1 business day. Once we've received the product (or confirmed you don't need to ship it back), we process the refund within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit or debit card) within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3–10 days to appear on your statement.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is at your own expense unless the product was damaged or shipped incorrectly. In that case we cover return shipping in full.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@lightmute.com with photos. We'll either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Opened products

Opened or partially used products are still covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. We want you to actually try the product — that's the whole point.
